Perfect Crumbed Mackerel Fillets Can be used on most fish varieties caught around here. The finish is a crisp coating of bread crumbs enclosing the fillet and its juices.
Salt & Pepper Squid is a fabulous way of cooking "excess bait". The local waters abound with squid and most of us use it for bait. This recipe is designed to give our members another tasty option!
Mud Crab Preparation We reckon the local Mud Crabs are the best eating variety of crab in Australia. We get them around the 2kg mark (occasionally a lot bigger!)and they are usually full of meat. This section will discuss how to prepare the crab for boiling or saute.
